Cultivate the students’ abilities of listening , reading and speaking. Try to talk about food in their lives according to what they learned in the textbook.
•Mental objective:
To get learners to realize that there are all kinds of foods in the world. As it is known to us all, healthy food contains the substances that are necessary for our bodies. In my opinion, to keep healthy we should have more fresh fruit and vegetables because they can provide the vitamins to us. It is healthy food that keeps us fit and strong. If you want to lead a healthy life, please follow me to have healthy food..

1. Read the poem on page 50.
2. Introduce the words of the poem
3. Divide the students into groups. Ask each group to read the poem again.
4. Invite students to write a food item which is food for us and another food item which is bad for us.
5. Invite students to circle the other food which is good for us and which is bad for us.
6. Play the recording. Students listen and repeat.
7. Work in pairs.
