Longhua community locates in Longhua ancient town which enjoys rich cultural heritage. Recently great changes have taken place in community appearance, people’s life, etc. The perspective of development in Longhua area is also worth looking forward to. With “Community Changes ” as the theme , the artwork has adopted the form of combination pictures which is made of various kinds of materials. With the featured Binjiang as the background, the picture attempts to represent the community changes and outwork for the future through the contrast between the new buildings and the old ones by both riversides. Besides, the spectacular sight of the fish swimming happily in the river (with pictures on them) also implies the constant improvement of the ecological environment and reflects the harmony between human and nature. The fish made of ordinary materials in life such as “wool, newspaper” is to show the concept of environmental protection. Thanks to the guidance of project expert and the joint efforts of students, teachers and the old people in community, the artwork was finally done. Every participant has benefited a lot during this process.
